Supervision in Bern
- for your professional reflection
Would you like to focus on your own behavior and actions and expand your toolbox for dealing with professional challenges? As a supervisor, I offer you a energetically supportive setting that is solution-oriented and utilizes your resources and competences. Being a therapist supports me in facilitating processes and providing guidance in conversation.
In today’s fast-paced and often challenging world of therapy (as well as in other professional situations), supervision is an exceptional tool for professionals to reflect on their professional practice/situation.
My focus is on the individual in their todays life situations. Depending on the client’s needs, different tools can be used. The current professional situation is viewed from a different perspective and the focus is consciously reviewed.
The goal of supervision is to transfer the developed process into everyday professional life so that the professional situation is experienced differently.
To acknowledge and appreciate what is already there is the foundation. During the process, inner aspects can be made visible on the outside. Influences from family or existing beliefs can also be explored. It is possible that a different perception of the situation may emerge and previous assumptions may be revised.
Note for complementary therapists in Switzerland: I am currently not on the ODA KT list of supervisors

- my CV
Through my own experience as a teenager, I recognised the positive effects of reflexology. After a series of foot reflexology treatments, I finally got rid of the psoriasis on my scalp after unsuccessful attempts with medication. Later, I still had dandruff when I was stressed.
This experience ultimately led me to complete training in foot reflexology in Germany in 1999 and 2003, so that I could help other people experience the positive effects too.
From 2012 to 2014, I trained as a foot reflexologist in Switzerland. After completing my training and further education as a reflexologist, I received recognition from the EMR, ASCA and EGK in 2016, meaning that my therapy is recognised by health insurance companies and is largely covered by them, depending on the client’s contract. In 2019, I received recognition as a reflexologist from the EMR.
I now use this acquired knowledge to support your health as well. That is why reflexology is an integral part of AKuSo GmbH.
In 2024, I completed my supervisor training and am now a certified complementary therapist (BZ).
Complementary therapy views recovery as an individual and holistic process that affects the body, soul, mind and environment. Complementary therapy therefore aims to strengthen the following areas in a targeted manner:
– Strengthening self-regulation
– Resolving imbalances and disturbances in self-regulation as causes of complaints, health impairments and performance impairments.
– Promoting self-awareness
– Guiding clients towards a differentiated body awareness that triggers conscious processes and allows them to recognise behaviours and living conditions that are harmful or beneficial to their health.
– Strengthening recovery skills
– Supporting clients in dealing with complaints and illness and in developing and consolidating their ability to make optimal use of their own physical, mental and spiritual strengths for recovery.
